Years on Rallar are exactly 365 days long. Time is measured from the end of the Shield War and as such years are labelled “Year of Peace”. The year is split into ten equal months of 36 days each and a five-day end of year holiday called Year’s End. The months are named Unovis, Duovis, Triavis, Quadavis, Quanavis, Saxavis, Septovis, Octovis, Nonovis and Dekavis.

There are six weeks of six days in each month. The days are named Minos, Aios, Lios, Thunos, Fios and Altos.

The date is generally written as, for example, the third Fios of Octovis, Year of Peace 871. For the days of Year’s End, the date is written like, for example, the second of Year’s End, Year of Peace 871.
